yesterday
games carnival ! :D haha table tennis is actually quite fun la ! my team: me, clarabelle, xinjin, xinying, aiming ! but aiming sprained her ankle so she couldnt come to school. then we had to go ard asking for reserves la. then at the end laura and chew took turns to help us (:

then me and clarabelle played the doubles; xinying and laura/chew played the doubles too and xinjin, singles ! xinjin's damn pro la ! she won every match !! then me and clarabelle won four matches out of six ? we lost to truth and i cant rmb the other class ?

haha but anyway the most happy thing is that we won the finals !! :D gosh haha i never win any what sports competition before la ?! haha and our class won the champion overall too !! :DD haha we were damn shocked la cos when susan lim announced that wisdom is 2nd we thought we were gone ? but tada ! (: haha super happy !! ((:

today
went out with woman ! oh man my legs are breaking lah. i walked so much ! /: first we went to novena square and i got my slippers from charles and keith (:

then ate lunch and train-ed down to orchard. walked to far east - wisma - taka - heeren - cine. my poor legs )): we shop and shop and shop ard la haha. then bought presents and all. damn broke la ohwells.

anw, today is so rubbish la. sit in the mpr for the whole day ?! susan lim talk bout the cca points thing and then we had the sexuality talk ? its not even sexuality la ? haha mrs gurong(?) was just telling us bout her experiences and stuff. and this whole thing ended at like 1.50pm. what a waste of my time /: i could have just stayed home and sleep or watch tv la haha. okay nvm cannot pon school ! went for mass in the morning.. dad fetched me to the milk run there. helped out at janice mum's stall. and st nicks cheerleading performed ! :D hahah. then the race started. first was the 10km competitive run ? for those adults la. then they had the 100m dash for kids ? haha they were so cute can ! so short haha. oh then also got the handicapped one.. and the last batch was us. and the whole bunch of us were walking la haha. until like the last 500m then i started to run ? haha. and this whole thing ended at 5 plus la ? tired ! /: and still had to go my ah ma's house after that. walau eh my dad insisted la. and i only reached home at like what ? 9 plus ? one whole day gone ! /:

brought the beyond kids to the zoo today. haha i got to say NAZRUL IS SO SUPER DAMN CUTE ! :DD oh my gosh ! haha he's so CUTE la ! he's only three years old ! haha oh then we were watching this elephant show and he watch watch watch then fell asleep haha. then when we wanted to go ,i woke him up and he stand up he also can sleep one la haha. he was like standing with his eyes close haha. so we decided to put him in the baby pram ! haha how cute man. and when we were seeing the animals walking from place to place, i think his leg very suan or something and he started tearing la. eh haha not funny. but i carried him ! stayed home today. its been so long since i get to stay home all day long. cos the past few weeks got the china trip and church camp and other stuffs. i FINALLY can rest man. and i did some homework today haha. praise me (:

just got back from church camp ! :D

first day:
bus fetched us to the urm the place where we camp la. shit i forgot the name of the place /: ah how nice. anyways settled down and everything. had praise and worship (: Father JJ came and gave us a 'FAITH' talk.. had games also. played urm rugby ? wth the guys are so damn rough la. haiyo but the game turned out to be super funny when it wasnt supposed to be ? haha anyway then glenn lim came and told us bout his life experience. he's a youth counsellor or something la. ya and he was telling us what happened to him ever since he was young la. okay his story goes liddat. he hates his parents for always nagging and picking on him and he mixed ard with the wrong friends. got into a gang and took drugs and left home. then one day he went to malaysia and smuggled drugs in. and got caught at the causeway checkpoint. then the sentence was actually 30 years of jail and 24 strokes of cane. then he got a lawyer to plead him for him and the sentence was ONLY 6 months with no canning ?! can you imagine ?! like SO much diff ? its totally a miracle man! i also cant believe it la but maybe partly cos he had faith in the Lord and he prayed everyday.. faith is impt (: yep then after he came out of prison he turned over a new leaf (: he went to do some charity stuffs? haha im not sure. and he's even married today ! sucha touching story man sigh..

second day:
had to practice our skit.. then had praise & worship and games.. yep shall not elaborate. oh ya ! then at night praise & worship was the best man ! it was so peaceful and quiet.. we prayed, cried, hugged, consoled one another.. and the catechists washed our feets. and after that we washed each other's feet. we must forgive and forget (:

third day:
all of us woke up late la haha cos we slept at like 2am ? haha anyway auntie Michelle Lew came to give us a talk on parents and teenagers relationship and stuffs..then our parents came. and we all went to our 'dorm' to talk.. then was lunch and practiced our skit for the last time.. and we had to perform alr la. wells it was not that bad la at least the audience did laugh ? haha but i felt so weird acting infront of my parents la ? haha hmm okay nevermind. then Father Michael came and we had mass.. and home ! (:

stayed home and unpack my luggage. haha and i kinda pack my room okay :D so proud of it cos its been 100000 years ever since i lay my hands to like do spring cleaning haha. i think thats bout it lah.

tuesday
went with my church to galilee childrens' home or something ? but i think its a child care centre la. they dont look like orphans. ohwells its so tiring asking them to sit down and keep quiet. cos they talk EVERY MINUTE, EVERY SECOND. /: and we had games like blow wind blow ? haha havent played this game for ages ! then got catching also lah. oh man so tiring ! those little kids are so enthu ? too enthu alr la ! wth they can just grab you and pull you la and i have to admit. they are strong okay /: then we had painting and colouring also.. haha quite fun la, i taught them how to paint and colour la haha. :D

wednesday
was supposed to go out with my cousins and my aunt but at the end my cousin had something on so cannot go out lor. pig so i ended up staying at home. watched tv all day long haha. shit man im so dead. havent started on any revision or homework yet !

thursday
just came back from school. had THREE hours of maths. oh hail me ! nearly died but not so bad la cos the time past quite fast ? haha. later i still have to go to galilee childrens' home again.. sigh i hope those little kids wont give me trouble again. but they are super CUTE ! haha esp that girl with the ponytail ! haha i think only i know which girl la haha crap. okay bye !

2nd June - Thursday
woke up at like 5.30am /: had breakfast, i ate xiao long bao only. cos the rest didnt look THAT nice to me.. went to yan an zhong zue. then when we were walking into the school gate, there were students standing there and they started clapping la ? haha so funny..then my buddy came to pick me up. she's a year younger than me la haha. hm then had lessons, it was BORING. i tried to keep myself awake but at the end i still fell asleep /:
oh! the students there had a maths test on that day and we had to sit for it also la. and the paper was in chinese. i very can understand what are they asking. plus the qns are all written by the teacher whose handwriting sucks like shit ? so 'grassy' haha. then we had a english test too ! haha it was super easy la ? if only we had such a english test in st nicks sigh. then when i was packing my stuffs preparing to leave the classroom, this guy came and give me a crumpled up money la ? walau eh then i threw the money onto his table. hahaha x)
okay whatever then went back to the hostel had dinner and we had a face drawing lesson or something ? i drew sun wu kong ! haha im so proud of it :D

3rd June - Friday
woke up at 5am, so earlyy ): had breakfast /: went to school had assembly.. did some morning excercise and jog back to class ! haha the joggin part was so funny :D as usual lessons were so boringgg.. oh and got a present from my buddy and another student in the class ! haha so sweet of them, but i also gave them presents (: urm then had PE ! ran 2 rounds but their track is like half of ours ? walau so small la then all the st nicks girls were all running right infront haha ! i din know i can run that fast eh (: then played volleyball, oh man my hand hurts from all the shooting and stuffs la.
had lunch in school then went to the auditorium to have a history lesson on shanghai. everybody fell asleep until mrs cheong came in haha. then after that mr wong had a english lesson with us and our buddies. we taught them how to write english compo 'if i were a student in singapore'..
then went back to the hostel.. dinner with our buddy and we had a ceremony after that. played games and they sang 'my heart will go on' and we dance the family dance and line dance as usual. and mrs cheong sang a song which was totally out of tune /: then the yan an principal sang a song also and she wasnt out of tune at all la ! walau so no face. anyway ended at like 8pm took pictures with them and buddy (: and we bid farewell ahwells.
went back to hostel.. mr wong and zhang lao shi were all damn high la haha ! they want us to jog back to our rooms like what we did in the morning in yan an. haha whatever.

4th June - Saturday
last day in shanghai alr.. morning had breakfast at the hostel then brought down our luggage and stuffs to the lobby. had a entrepreneurship talk until 11am. so damn tired la and i fell asleep and mrs cheong caught me like twice ? eh haha not funny.
then went to restaurant and eat again..not nice. went to yuyuan garden after that. and it was SHOPPING time ! :DD hoho haha ! bought lotsa stuffs. bought a necklace, anklet, tops, cap ... ! haha and its cheap also leh! then went to starbucks, bought a drink and just then.. we saw the HUNGSHAN PEOPLE ! haha ! oh my gosh ! we can even meet in china la ?! haha ! met jeannie, xinying and the rest ! :D and we started sceaming at each other ?! haha but we were really shocked la haha. then after that went to another place to shop. this time round, bought things to sell hhaha. and its so fun bargaining la ? haha we just walked away when that person dont want to give us the price that we bargained for haha. we were being rude but ya its supposed to be. if not they will cheat our money !
okay then dinner at restaurant again.. went to shanghai tan1 ! the scenery was so beautiful !! took pictures like crazy haha. oh and there were these two guys i think they are MENTALLY RETARDED. walau eh i wanted to take a picture of the pearl oriental building and they just suddenly stood infront of the camera la! lucky i havent snap yet la wth. then they were like jumping up and down ?! and they went to disturb the sec twos also ? xiao ting tong !
ya then after that, on the coach on the way to the airport, geraint wong and zhang lao shi started praising us haha. they said we were the most behaved batch and how much they liked us haha. and geraint wong say we were lovable :D haha whatever ! oh and we gave a thank you card with all our signatures on it to our driver and our china tour guide (:
board the plane and reached singapore at 5am plus ? haha yeps !

IM BACK ! :D haha okays, shall blog bout my trip in china !

27th may - Friday
took a cab and reached the airport quite early. oh! i saw ronald susilo ! haha i think he was waiting for someone la. ya then erm board the aeroplane at 1am plus ? our flight was like 5 hours long..

28th may - Saturday
reached shanghai at 6.30am. the temp was 19 degrees. super windy la haha. went to get our luggages and stuffs then sat the coach to a place to eat our breakfast.
then after that we took a super fast train ride. it travels like 431km/h la ! haha so shiok ! (:
hen went to rooftop, the scenery there was nice, took photos.. then went to pearl oriental building. its the 3rd tallest building in the world la. took a group picture there.. and we also went up the building to see the whole of shanghai. oh and i bought this jade bracelet haha think its quite nice la. havent decided who to give yet. and we watched mr bean there also la haha, so funny !
hm after that we had lunch in restaurant but the food was damn oily and so not very nice. after eating, we went to the musuem, walk ard and was damn tired alr la. cos din really sleep on the plane.
sat the coach to suzhou after that, ate dinner and check into hotel ! SLEEP (:

29th- Sunday
had buffet in the hotel for breakfast. was quite alrights la. then went to visit pagoda, tour guide told us some 'interesting' stories haha. urm then went to a super big garden, its called zuo3 zheng4 yuan4 (?)
lunch at restaurant again. went to jing1 ji4 hu3 and the silk factory! saw how they make the silk from that worm ? haha ya how interesting ! i bought a silk pyjamas dress for my mum and a tie for my dad (:
dinner at restaurant and back to hotel !

30th- Monday
woke up at like 5am ?! so early la ! ): buffet in the hotel for breakfast. went to cao3 qiao3 shi3 yan4 zhong1 xue3. we went to this room and our buddies came to pick us up. then when my buddy came the first thing she ask me was ' do you know how to speak chinese?' then i was like 'ya?' haha then she brought me to the class. and i was the only st nicks girl in that class la. other classes got two or three people lor, so unfair !
nvm then when i step into the class, everybody stared at me lah /: felt so uneasy.. then when i was writing my chinese name they were all so fascinated la wth. they thought we dont know how to speak and write chinese ? haha whatever. had lessons the whole day. oh and the students there were all very friendly to me (:
after school, took a cab back home with my buddy. cos got homestay. ya and her mum was very friendly la. during dinner she kept asking me if the food was alright and stuffs cos she scared i dont like. but was quite okay la, at least not so oily. then after dinner, went to bathe.. and she kept offering to wash my dirty clothes for me but i kept saying nevermind. aiyo then at the end she also help me wash haha. so nice !
then watch tv and she chatted with me for a while before i went to bed.

31st - Tuesday
breakfast at her house, took taxi to school. everybody started staring at me again. had lessons and i fell asleep, cos i totally dont understand a shit la. they use chinese to teach all the subjects la can. then after school had this performance. we danced family dance and line dance. and the students performed also. oh some of them sang and dance kuai4 le4 chong2 bai4 ! haha that 'wilber' guy was so erm short ? haha then after the performance went home with my buddy again! had dinner, watched tv.. and her mum brought us out to walk in their park or something. was super windy la, so nice.

1st - Wednesday
went to school and took pictures with the class. and i had to say a thank you speech infront of the 52 students la. so scary man walau eh. then after that the teacher ask my buddy to go up and tell the class bout me. and she say what i eat that time got no sound one. huh wth ? eating got sound one meh. and then the teacher started praising me and stuffs and everybody kept looking at me again la /: oh and started to write autographs for each other.. then i had to leave alr. took pictures with her and other students.. and i hug her before leaving too haha. but was quite sad la some pple even cried la ):

haha okay wth why do i sound so happy, when im not really very interested in him ? haha ahwells but finally there is singers coming to our school for mini concerts and stuffs ? yes FINALLY man. went for the church retreat at 7am plus and i just came back ! its 10pm now. ohwells. but its was FUN ! :D

first, the bus took us to montfort centre. its somewhere near the boys' town. and when the bus drove past, we saw some of them sweeping the floor and when they saw us they took the broom and started dancing ?! walau it was damn funny and stupid la ! and they were all half-naked la. okay anyway thats not the main point.

yep then we went into the multi purpose hall. started off by singing some hymns then played games ! haha quite lame though. but i love the acting one ! hahaha totally hilarious ! but my part was so EMBARRASSING :

then was followed by talks and talks and talks. okay this one was so boring la. father michael and father johnson came and preach. and everybody were so tired and sleepy. and i fell asleep too hahah. then after that we were supposed go to our rooms to do one hour of reflection. oh man i think the rooms are so nice ! and the beds too :D haha and i found out one interesting thing to share. the father's bedsheet was tweetybird. haha how cute :D

ya then at 6 plus we FINALLY had something to eat ! oh my gosh was starving like shit la. cos we had to fast for 8 hours. and that means we did not have lunch. but nevermind ! (:

then after dinner had praise and worship !! we lit candles and sang songs and more songs (: omg so totally rocks and then at the end we got really high and were singing our lungs out lah. hahah then ended by giving each other the sign of peace :D

went out with wanyin amy jiening ! dad drove me to amk station then met them there lah. went to cine first ! lunched at kfc then we went up to the cinema. couldnt decide on what to watch? cos there was nothing really nice to watch la then went down took neos ! and i got a 'blueblack' on my left arm ): cos had to change behind the colour board thingy then we were all being paranoid la. haha anyway then we went up again /: decided to go kbox ! but it cost like $17 plus for one person if you dont have the membership card, so ex ! and we walked in and out THRICE. hahah.

okays my trip !

firstly, the weather there was damn super cold la. but got used to it after a while. and erm it only snowed once during my stay in canada ? yep and ohya ! i got sick there too. sore throat+block nose+fever+cough. super right !

stayed at my father's friend's house the whole month there. yep and the house is really BIG ! okays la at least so much much bigger than mine/: its a three storey plus basement. the tv is twice bigger than mine and the rooms are damn obviously big also la. even the toilet is bigger than my room i guess. and only two person staying in that huge house ?! father's friend's son and his aunt only. cos his parents are always working overseas. so two person in that BIG house.

oh and my dad rent a car so we drove from toronto (place i was staying) to hamilton (place brother studying in) and the journey was like one hour plus ?! so long la !but i always take the chance to sleep in the car haha. and yep went to my brother's school almost everyday except saturdays and sundays. then also went to his dorm.

and went to these few places too !

yep, cn tower is one of the 7wonders of the world ? ya i think so. its the tallest tower in the world la then have to take the lift up and then the floor is made of glass so you can see through it ?! damn scary la ! luckily im not scared of heights man, if not i think i will faint /:

then ontario place is erm sort of a wonderland ? but dont have roller coasters and all that la. cos now is the christmas season then they have those christmas shows and all that. then everywhere also got santa claus and obviously christmas tree la. ahahah oh and the christmas shows and all are like cartoons ? i serously think that its meant for children and not teenagers la. but then the shows are cute ! heh (:

then niagara falls is also one of the 7wonders of the world too !

oh and loblaws; silver city; eaton centre are all shopping centres. did window shopping only cos the things there are damn ex la i though it would be cheaper than singapore lor. sigh so disappointed.

but then ! my dad drove up to new york last saturday !? i think so ! and we went to Prime Outlets after losing our way several times and we had to stop at the petrol stations to ask for directions /: anyway that's not the main point. shopped at prime outlets for like 4hrs ! haha its a really damn big shopping mall ! and plus the clothings there are so much cheaper than canada and sin too ! cos their factory outlets are all in america so thats why i think its cheaper too. and i bought sport shoes, tees, sling bag, ankle socks and jeans :D

oh and the angmohs are super polite ! they will ALWAYS say 'thank you' and 'youre welcome !' and you wont hear any of the cars honking (?) in the streets, haha not like sin.

and anyway i think im missing my brother ? haha first time in my life im saying that ! i dont know but i just dont feel right without him ? -shrugs

yay, chuch camp ! i was grouped with nathaniel pauline prema bernard darren alison shaunna ! and our facilitators were ronald and cheryl ! and my room mates prema and shaunna ! yup, and we played lots of games and stuffs ! haha it was so fun and that alison ah, she damn gross la can. forget it dont want to say it here. and ohyes. we walked to church on sunday and attended mass, haha i was falling asleep when the priest was saying the homily la.oh and on sat we wanted to play outdoor games in e afternoon and it rained. so we had praise and worship. sang songs and said prayers.
den the rain got lighter and we walked to the field to play rugby. and den it started to rain heavily again urghh ! was all drenched la and i was freezing cold. and plus dere was lighning so we had to walk back. yup, den some sister came to have a talk with us and den it was praise and worship. oh haha something amazing happen on sunday !

father simon came at night to have a talk with us. and i reflected alot. sigh it was damn sad and everybody just started to cry ): den it was confession and we prayed for one another. and we started hugging each other, and now i understand what true friendship is. and we wrote letters to one another too !

hoho its been one week since i blog. just completed elit. and din had to jog today cos got e catholic thing. yup. and home econs !
hahaha. so funny ! my group, alina jiening fiona kahmeng ! first, i had to run all e way from class to canteen to get the fresh milk and the sauce den to home econs room. den we abit left all our ingredients in class. VERY CAN COOK. den me and jiening ran back to class again. and ran back to home econs room. haha im a good runner (:

reached sch at 7.30 todays. prepared our game station and item. fall in at 9. den had to play a game where we need to go catch the sec fours. den at e end still kana have to go to e middle of the field to shout e water cheer. and we were loud okays ! got echo somemore lar ! (:
